Windsurfing - about 3 hours in the estuary - 7 and 7.5 - out in the Dyfi channel - lots of gybing.

Wind was a bit marginal to start with but picked up nicely.

We saw Rob and his mates after we had finished and (hopefully) gave them some useful tips.
